Seminars and Talks

SAPH puts on or recommends seminars, workshops and talks for its members. Often, though not always, these are open to non-members.

For full members, it is a requirement to maintain their CPD - continuing professional development. These seminars and talks may count towards CPD, depending on the individual needs, aims and objectives of the member in question.

Next is a morning seminar on February 22nd:

The Chinese Medicine Clock

For details and to book: click here.

NB This seminar is open to ALL.

Note that this seminar, given by our Chair, Jonathan Clogstoun-Willmott, interests most people, not just homoeopaths!

Patients also want to know why symptoms occur when they do, and insights from Chinese medicine often help them to understand their problems better.

The seminar after this (on 22nd March)  is on Blood, again from the point of view of Chinese medicine but of huge significance for homoeopathic students: patients too!

Parsley - Petroselinum

For example, recent seminar/talks were on the following subjects:

  • Bowel Nosodes
  • How Disease Invades: New Ways of Choosing Remedies
  • Building a Successful Practice
  • Qi Stagnation - How the Chinese understanding of Stress illuminates Homoeopathic Remedies
  • Archetypes in Homoeopathy
  • Treatment of Chronic Disease
